Keep in mind that it may not show a holding. There's an obligation for a new officer or director to file a Form 3 within 10 days of appointment whether they hold shares or not. I've seen lots of Form 3's that don't reflect any shares being held...but at least then we'll know.

BTW, I haven't double checked but I believe the new COO got some kind of signing bonus. Assuming it was an immediate payment we should at least see that.
