SVFC $$$ Thank you for the links: Ok, let me get this right then, since I missed the MEMO, you are SAYING that SVFC IS IN FACT IN DEFAULT WITH YA Global? Wow, I thought that filing back in march of 2014 was just the agreement? I didn't realize that by signing that agreement SVFC actually is in DEFAULT of that said agreement?
Hmmmmm..... I will read it over and see where it clearly stated that SVFC is in default of the agreement.
I could of swore that the filing stated only *in the event of a default*
Well if you are clearly stating that SVFC is IN DEFAULT to the YA agreement then hmmm... I need to find where that is actually stated.
