And they retained new auditing company, according to their 8K release. Once that financial updates are released, $ABAT PPS will soar, can't wait to hit it is book value of $3

On October 20, 2014 the Company retained the firm of Paritz & Company, P.A. to audit the Company’s financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
