Sounds just like a quality financial audit to me. 
SEC wants those to be air tight as well.
Why? ntek is hiding from the SEC behind a form15. ntek doesn't need to file with anyone.
Thus to anyone who's NOT a shareholder, insider, principle or paid promoter, knows that the odds ntek is a scam are like above 93%.
