dale, obviously you have a good heart and an understanding of the challenges facing upstart companies. Unfortunately HISC.PK and this board long ago squandered their ramp up waggin' room with serial bullshit PRs and unprecedented vitriol among inside scammers directed against those asking the logical questions. You would do well to not think of this as a legal enterprise and get tuned in with the concept of graft. If it can happen at ENRON or WORLDCOM or be perpetrated by nice people like Martha Stewart, certainly a sleasy ex advertising executive pushing GPS beer coasters in front of 3/4 of a billion shares deserves some scrutiny. Caveat Emptor.
