No need to talk about hiding the FTD's, it has been going on for years and they are all doing it not just ML. All brokerage firms are selling their clients stock and not worrying about good delivery except on rare occasions when Scottrade and Ameritrade will not allow buying but will allow selling. When that happens you know a dangerous situation exists and they have been warned. Been going on for years with little change but nice to see that the SEC does have plans to clean things up a bit this year. Go GNCP!!!
