One responsibility of the BOD is too Find Qualified Investors. It really surprised me that with all the Big Names on the BOD and all the "Investors" they must know, that they could not convince anyone too Invest(Non-Toxic) monies! It makes no sense unless the Dr. had that much influence over the BOD and didn't want too give up control of How He Funded and Spent whatever Monies that were appropriated.MO
