So what would your solution have been if you were Vic going through the biggest court battle with a possible foreclosure if svfc didn't pay IR that money? Hmmm Where would you have got the money from Sal70? Saving the company, its assets and stockholders from loosing everything was another mistake? Is that what your saying?
I say this is going to be our finest hour! I say the patent isn't the prize. Opening labs in the hospitals is the prize/goal here. You can have all the patents you want but without any revenue its just another patent for the foreclosure. ALL the patents are filed. They will happen when they happen.
