If it does happen, the company mentioned reorganization which suggests a recapitalization reverse split. It would be stupid to launch a new company with the current share structure and price. So folks could possibly get out at .15 but with much fewer shares (1500:1). Common shareholders get nothing for the sale of the CNSX:BOI stock btw.
