FYI for the interested,
I am starting preparations to retain an attorney,
as it's absolute and complete BS that the so-called company
cannot inform its shareholders of what's happening after
the SEC finished its investigation MONTHS ago.
There's no excuse to hide; the "quiet period" BS
has come and gone.
Since he refuses to make any announcement to the long-term shareholders
re: the status of MSGI/Nanobeak, but surely can assist in the fast-n-
furious announcements regarding VNTH's development,
I must assume there's nothing good at all going
on for those of us who have invested thousands
over the years. I am still bothered by JB's apparent
cahoots with a con man-- he should have known MUCH better
after running the database company that losers exist everywhere,
but he somehow looked the other way with that guy-- unless
he didn't and knew it all along.
All of this delaying and hiding reeks of bad omens for us,
so after Christmas, I'll let everyone know who I've retained
at the exploratory stage and you can decide to do what you want.
Unfortunately, I know it's not a good thing for share prices
to take this step, but since no one responds,
it's a logical step to MAKE the company respond. FFS,
it's not like we're asking the company to make millions
before they can-- we're asking for BASIC information about
the status of our ongoing investment. Sigh.
