This has got to be the weirdest job ever, but I assure you it's legit and not a scam.

Basically, I'm in my late 20s and just moved to LA. I'm an entrepreneur and have, with due modesty and aknowledgement to luck and having good people around me, become very very successful. I'm 6'4 and fit, and just for fun had a 9.0 on hotornot. I've dated actresses, models, etc., and don't have a problem meeting or dating women.

Except I don't have any *$)+ing time for it.

I'm really into my career now. I have an opportunity that could take us from being a hot new company to something that everyone will have heard of (we've already been in the New York Times and on 20/20). At the end of the day, or the week, I'm way too exhausted to go out and "play the game". Which is kind of ironic, since I'm actually pretty good at it (and used to work for a company that taught guys how to meet women in clubs).

I just don't have time.

But I miss dating.

So I thought I'd try online. I know how online dating works, and it's unbelievably time-consuming to meet quality women. Most have a 10:1 male/female ratio. Women get bombarded with messages and it takes forever to come up with something personal to them and their uniqueness. Meanwhile you have no idea if they're ever going to read it so it's hard to put too much effort into it. Especially since a large number of women's profiles are a scam from dating and porn companies to gather your email address. [Trust me, I know people in the industry]. Do I have the time to type out a personalized letter to 15 different women so it will reach the 3 who are actually real? No. Do I still want to meet those 3? Sure. Do I have money to pay someone else to do it? Yeah. So there's my solution.

Here's what I want.

I want someone to be my online dating manager. I'll tell this person what I'm looking for, and what I have going for me. We'll probably email back and forth a lot to begin with as you narrow down my tastes and interests, but then over time you'll be on your own. I'll tell you what nights I'm free and you can have a whole conversation with who I'm interested in (up to the time for a phone call or the meet up) and I'll take it from there. No one will ever know.

I probably don't even want to meet whoever I hire, I'm not sure. I'd feel too funny about this. Unfortunately, for this to work, I'll have to send pictures. So this needs to be someone I trust.

You should also be at least somewhat familiar with BDSM. If you don't know what this is, probably don't respond. 90% of what I'm interested in has nothing to do with it, but I am dominant and am also interested in using those sites as well as the craigslists of the world. So if you are at all queasy about sites that are focused on hooking up (about 10% of the time), don't respond. I've been flying my ex-gfs in from Miami but this is starting to get ridiculous.

I think it would be more interesting to hire a woman for this, since you'll be talking to other women. Ideally you should be as close as possible to the type of women I'm interested in - very hot, intelligent, college educated, in or near Hollywood, likes fashion, comedy clubs, travel, being cooked for, etc (obviously you don't have to be everything, just close enough to the profile of the people I want to meet so you can relate to them). However, this should be a woman who can "think like a man" - and get another girl interested in you by pretending to be me (well, being me, really). It's not a requirement you be a woman anyway. Just throwing that out there.

You can set your own hours more or less, but it should be consistent (people tend to like their emails responded to quickly). I figure I'll have to trust the person to report their hours correctly, and I can pay them through paypal or in cash.

I've never done anything like this before. Half of me thinks the idea is really, really, funny so I can't wait to try.
