Absolutely and this S3 is what I believe is best (or an outright equity purchase) and have been preaching. Max flexibility, max leverage, max shareholder value, low ball offers ignore button by Leo because go it alone if need be. Perfectly executed once again Leo, shouldn't expect anything less...............
