Leo and the team seem confident their products will get to market and this action should solidify their ability to run at full speed toward their goals. An aggressive, optimistic move by confident management. Tells me they do not see impediments with their science and this achieves the financial means to complete the tasks. Throw in a partnership or buyout when the time is right........ They aren't required to sell any stock but have the funding ability to run the business at full throttle including staffing, BOD, meeting up-listing requirements, continued product R & D, outsourcing for services. Sounds like a good long term move.
