AVEW Holdings Inc. (AVEW)

How can someone logically say that AVEW is going to crash when the company is currently actively acquiring new businesses and sources of revenue which is a very clear and blatently obvious sign of growth??? What causes a company to crash is when they default on large amounts of debt, lose large contracts/bids/projects, have a product fail, experience significant drops in sales/revenue....last I checked, none of the above are true for AVEW.
