It's correct but he was making the same point. From whatever number of shares ctIX gets more money if the per share price is higher.

For my money I'd prefer Leo not make statements regarding uplisting until it's ready to be done. We all know it can't be done without a BOD and since there isn't one yet why say anything about it? Get th at done then uplist. Then we'll know.
