The 14F is already mailed or distributed to shareholders because it has to be done concurrently with the filing to the SEC.
Usually, the transfer agent would handle this and send it by proxy to all shareholders of record as of the 14F filing, so if you weren't one on that date, you will not receive one. It is often done electronically via your broker. The transfer agent would send an affidavit back to SWRF, and for the merger would also provide a certification of T/A verifying share structure.
The process is pretty quick. We're probably waiting on the T/A.
