I just called ETRADE. The guy said they never tell them why these buy by phone only restrictions happen. It's usually the result of the trading pattern. LOL. They are so short!!! Then he added that they usually last a couple of days. Unbelievable!!! Complete and utter manipulation. I'm holding.
