It has made me ask myself, what am I missing? If we are playing devils advocate, what are we missing, because it seems like CTIX should have pushed much higher on this news.

Maybe the news hasn't gotten out there well enough? Maybe people want to see more tangible data?

Hopefully, it's just an amazing opportunity for those that take advantage of it.
