I tried to put that one in print - but it get's a little messy so I just left it as a link. But you are right - single digit is mentioned there but for me it's the fin.
The finviz charts certainly shows that possibility as well because it shows the support area that was seen in March -
Also Stoxline lists support 1 and 2, and PBR has already dropped below support 1. Support2 is listed as 9.98 and that correlates with the fin.

Also Last time PBR gapped down - it had several days of follow thru so I figure why not toss a 9.99 buy out there to start and just see what happens in a few days.
