The primary outcome measure is a 20% reduction in lesion size at either 48 or 72 hours or maybe both. can't remember which. Not all patients respond that quickly...hopefully around 90%. In any case the % respoding are compared across arms and vs. Dapto for each time frame...2/3days, 7, 14, and 28 days. SO dapto is a comparison point.
