Typically, especially in penny land, companies will rs once they have maxed out their share structures. Then, the dilution can start. Many times, the stock price can end up right back where it was pre-split, but you are left with a fraction of your original shares. Fwiw, if there ever was a pinky exception to the rule, this could be it
