The CEO never said it would be done by the end of week, it was people on this message board that thought it would be this week. Not a good idea to bank on comments made on this or any other message board. I get my info from the CEO of the company, see below.

"3). WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE AUDIT AND FORM 10 PROJECT? - The Form 10 filing is completed and updated. The audit letter is expected in the next few days and will accompany this filing."
