Yes, if released pre-open as usual, we could have seen a much bigger rally with many folks primed to buy. Possibly a double today.

Released mid-session like this catches people by surprise. Now they may look at the rally and conclude the news isn't that big of a deal.

That's why the weekend updates worked so well. So much anticipation and time for folks to decide to buy.

Also, those profit selling at 5 and 10 cent intervals may have pulled their offers if they had time to see the news.

There is a reason most such PRs are done outside of trading hours, or at least with a halt.

No worries though, we'll get to a better valuation.
