The current Primary Wave III "formation",
resembles the June 2011 Primary Wave I "Top",
that formed the "Right Shoulder"
of a "Head & Shoulders Top"
The S & P 500, ($SPX),
should be able to climb to the 1991 level,
from the current 1927.11 level.
