394 is a double top with the Dec. highs on the SOXX. I think it has the potential to run to 456 to 462 by July 4th, as there are fibs and the monthly 50EMA there to contend with. There is a possibility the 394 area may become a shelf of support.

443 is an A=C target off the October lows, and that's the more reasonable target to consider.
