Gents, for what it's worth, here's a brief recap on what happened under the WAMU saga.

A liquidating trust was established, and there are escrow references for your prior holdings. Should the LT have any monies at the end of it all, they will be distributed to the escrow holders.

As part of the settlement agreement, there were some funds set aside to allow the formation of WMIH, a phoenix company arising from the ashes as a separate entity. Escrow holders were given shares based on a formula, so much for commons, so much for classes of preferreds.

That said, there are two potential chances to recover, but no guarantees as to either.
