There is no "battle". There are people buying and people selling. There are no options contracts for CTIX so even that silly conspiracy argument that someone is "painting the tape for max pain" for options can't be made. (And today isn't an option expiry date anyway.)

It is just people buying and selling. That's all. This is a market.
