The plaintiffs will win this case because

The gov can't steal the businesses of FnF without being highly exposed as crooks and public sentiment would turn sour once they realize just how corrupt gov is. Lot's of backlash.

The plaintiffs case is based on the rule of law not the rule of corruption.

The plaintiffs have deep pockets and great lawyers.

These cases may become high profile and corrupt politicians will be ousted.

I'm long. Best bet in town.
