i would hope it goes through.. yes 2 billion shares is way too much and it might hurt temporarily and will give opportunity to prove itself.. dont want situation like $VIICQ.. where it refused to increase o/s and it skyrocketed and then went down and filed for bankruptcy.. ADMD is already deep in debt and it would not be good if they cant raise the capital
