it will go through as they need to cover all those notes + they need some wiggle room for capital or partnership. pps will rise on pr anyway, par value on the 2 billion is .001 i dont see a problem with the increase becuase these guys LOCK UP 50.1% anyway the worst case is all those convertable notes hit the street and the O/S will be somewhere arounf 750 mill ..... so what lets move this thing forward.....
