I think we have gone through this a few times already. When Bayport took over the company, via that RS, there were already 850M shares outstanding. So to say that they sold all 2.3B into the market is not factual. DD would have shown that to you. Also, thank you for giving me the opportunity to again say that they have not issued any new shares for over 6 months. As the O/S for Bayport has remained at 44.5M. So, I think that your information is inaccurate.
