I think that the dose jumped to 350 because everyone was pretty sure that dose would not produce SAE's. I also think we'll get another cohort in the 450+ dose range, possibly 500 ... and in the near future.

The most recent cohort should be just about complete...are we ready for that bit of news as well?

What other little biotech has anywhere near this variety of pending news? Much of big pharma can't match the CTIX pipeline. Maybe the real question is: What company anywhere has this much substantive news coming?
