Must be a busy weekend at the tmm headquarters. Or least it would be but the "headquarters" is just their lawyer's house, not an actual office. But I bet the phone lines are burning up as they all head to "safe houses" to hide.

These issues and exhibits have already been seen and decided in this and other venues, and unfortunately for Dimentia Defendants not nearly enough to change the outcome of this forthcoming trial....guilty as charged.....here come the million dollar personal judgements...LLOL.
Unfortunately for the Dementia gang, this is Nevada, and you need a signed document to complete any mergers. So obviously there wasn't one or that would be one of the exhibits the defendant's produced, and unfortunately for them the most important one and THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS.
