It was my understanding that they needed to finish the audit of two year worth of financials. I believe that they have 2013 finished, and have realized that 2012 (with the reverse merger) would have been a difficult year to audit. Therefore, I understand that they have decided to use 2014. which has not yet ended. A few months to go.
