....furthermore if he or anyone he knows has accumulated shares before the inception of his latest switch to the mj industry and then has subseqently sold shares into the market, both he and his cronies should go bye bye for a long time and especially if he somehow was able to increase the A.S. and sell those. The only thing that should happen here is a buy back of shares and retire them. If he truly has any viable business then there should be no problem with accomplishing this, any other action will show he is a fraudulent business man. This is my opinion.
