I tried gof--bout the time I could start to hit the ball kind of good, all the sudden I would miss the damn thing alltogether--was really embasassing trying to pretend it was just a practice shot. I think if somebody was watching me, I got too self conscious. Hit one in the top of a palm tree which stayed there, until the next day when I hit one in the same dang tree, which knocked the previous ball out. figured I just didn't have the right stuff for golf.
