Derx - Regarding Blackout

Grid is not the issue, rather 15% of electric generating capacity is offline for maintenance due to April generally being a cooler month here in Texas.

Blackouts rolled every 15 minutes from around 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in Houston.

Probably will happen again today.
