JPHC: I think that the selling in this has been way over done, way over done! We are not saying that the deal is off, we were just saying that in our opinion that the deal would not be done today or tomorrow. We are hearing that there will be Press tomorrow, but that some people will feel could be a negative, but in fact, it should have no bearing on the deal whatsoever. We still believe that the big deal will be announced within the next several days. Good luck to all.
