The courts do not pertain to the hijacking of the MGLG shell which Magellan has NEVER legally owned. There is no court in the U.S. that is going to say, "sure Magellan Energy, just take the shell even though you never legally bought it." <--- That is why 5+ years have passed since the MGLG sec suspension and no progress has been made: THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF PROGRESS!

I am pretty sure that the judicial system can over rule the SEC
