Well, the P2 OS NSCLC data was not good. And, keep in mind, it took some time for AZN to decide that they wanted to push forward into P3. So, I'm a bit skeptical.
On ECYT, you may be right about the folate receptor being a flawed approach. But the prostate drug is targeting PSMA.
I've read a lot of skepticism on PSMA as a target. I think that is based on prior disappointments in the clinic.
