Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. Announces Growth Targets and Business Prospects for 2006

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 18, 2006--In a letter mailed yesterday to shareholders of Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. (OTCBB:SPSC - News), President and CEO Darryl K. Horne, P.E., set forth the company's business focus for 2006.

Mr. Horne stated that the company's goal is to grow revenues by at least 15 to 20 percent annually and that success in winning any of several major contract opportunities would spur "dramatic growth" for the company.

In the letter to shareholders, Mr. Horne also stated that Spectrum Holdings' largest subsidiary, Horne Engineering Services, LLC, is currently pursuing a role on four large-scale procurements related to homeland security, environmental restoration, critical infrastructure, and emergency preparedness. Each effort would involve teaming with one or more major contractors.
