I've brought this point up previously. Netflix is an established company with millions of users. They already offer 4k content that people have heard of. They have more resources to add more MAINSTREAM 4k content than utraflix. I don't think ultraflix could ever compete with the massive library that Netflix has unless they can manage to offer things that people actually want to watch.
