MNTA—That means m402 with gem and ab combo need to produce an median OS of 12 months!!! That’s a very high hurdle.

It’s not a hurdle per se. The M402 powering assumption was used to design the phase-2 portion of the trial, but it does not constitute a threshold for continuing the program.
