Below are two for Van Eck. The reason I believe today's Van Eck BAA sell was them and not GDXJ can be seen in item 6 on page 4 of both documents. The bottom document is from today and unlike the top document Van Eck didn't specify it was ownership for another person.

I admit that it could also just be an oversight on the side of Van Eck.
