"Who's Buying?" is the billion dollar question.

Franklin and Van Eck didn't unload their 50M shares on retailers. These were systematic and setup. All day, every day large bids of +50K BAA shares would show up and then shortly afterwards they would be hit. The classification of the buyer would likely be a type of fund rather than an institution. Some type of classification that doesn't require a SC-13g to be filed.

BlackRock is a likely suspect because they were able to grab 88M in a single entity without filing.

It looks like someone is trying to buy all of Banro they can. It definitely isn't Gramercy. Aside from having to file they are barred from owning more than 19.99% of BAA.

I'll trying emailing Naomi but I haven't received a reply from my last two emails.
