I believe we will get above .001 easily once financials are up to date. That will get us compliant with the SEC again and will add alot of value to the stock. We should trend higher and higher as each filing is done. Look for the 3rd, 4th and 1st quarter along with 10ksb to hit next. Once all of these are filed we will be back on track with the SEC.
If this happens then i would expect .003 - .004 from this alone.

The confirmation of buyout will easily take us towards the penny level in my opinion. Shorts will freak out either way because the revenues for JPHC are real and they will show massive improvement from one quarter to another
