I don't believe for a moment that 83 year old JOHN MEHOS has plans to develop every square inch of the properties he owns into cultivating marijuana.
To come up with such a valuation that he will is a disservice to investors here.

And there is absolutely no proof he will be able to sell that much marijuana to meet that kind of overhead
Let alone INCC coming up with enough money to build out all those properties. There are already thousands growing with a much lower overhead - why would anyone give up the margins they can make by leasing some overpriced facility

It common sense folks

So what if they pull some patent out of a hat - it will be like the thousands of other patents for growing marijuana out there
Not to mention Antonio played a patent card before with Incc. and patented some sign mounting gizmo to attach to the side of a truck

It's a share selling scheme - plain and simple and Antonio is just doing what he does best using the latest hot theme. Tweeting and hyping it along with his previous business partner Drew Newsom.
