AVEW Holdings Inc. (AVEW)

AVEW bought back 51 million shares. The shares that are being sold are shares the owners from the previous company (ActionView) held that were converted to AVEW shares when the reverse merger was done (if I remember correctly) to form the current company and the company name was changed to AVEW. Someone please correct me on this if I am wrong.
