That is the ESCROW ARGUMENT (that recently came to a "professional stay" by the reasonably prudent members) that I'm not participating in unless certain theorists want to wank it back into the front forum as related to WMIH which it is not. If those escrow markers return the hundreds of billions a collection of members have 'found; GREAT. TIME will be the only judgement on such and provide the only evidence and conclusion as to who was correct, and how close in dollars.

The question or comment should have been about the veracity of "in substance" indicting WMIH for fraud risk, for posing the eventuality of a Reverse Split as a result of such risk, suggesting that WMIH "isn't worth $0.75, etc. by 'escrow holders (that would be (1) above, and the discourse on that is on hold by the reasonably prudent people).

The post was about those linking actions against WMIH, WMIH/KKR and the PPS in retribution against the bankruptcy, the settlement, the confirmed plan and the ballot instructions, terms and conditions of the releases. I disagree with such line of thought, or such actions.
