I think the secret here is to realize when people are selling for no good reason at all, and buy at those times. There is no reason that makes any sense at all for anyone to sell right now other than they're impatient and they watch the PPS drop and just say the hell with it and sell. They are very short-sighted people. They are also the kind of people who are easily manipulated into selling by the MMs. So that's why a dip like this is a great time to buy.
